Bid on our SILENT AUCTION - WAA Silent Auction Link
The Online Silent Auction will open Jan 27th and closes Feb 28th.
We are currently accepting donations for new auction items until Feb 10th.
Ideas for donations include:
- Tickets to a sports game (ex. Atlanta United, Braves, Hawks, Falcons, UGA, etc)
- Donation of product/services from a local business and restaurants
- Items that might attract bidders (ex. a sports memorabilia items, such as a signed baseball or NFL football, or a tech item, such as an apple watch or iPad)
- A compilation of items as a “basket” that is centered around a theme, gift cards from local restaurants or businesses (ex. a “movie night at home” basket that includes candy and popcorn, a gift card to a pizza delivery store, and a new fluffy blanket)
Items that are donated will need: 1) description 2) photos or company logo 3) a minimum bid amount 4) contact information for the donor. You can also include a link to a website for the product or service.
Teams will get 50% of the proceeds for any items they contribute to the Silent Auction. For example, if someone from your team contributes a pair of Hawks tickets and the tickets sell in the Silent Auction for $300 then your team will get $150 with the remaining proceeds going to the WAA for support of the athletics programs.
Please designate a coach or parent from your team to coordinate your team’s silent auction activities and ask that person to contact our WAA Vice President, Stephanie Miller.
